Leave applications should be submitted through the MyIMU App by selecting the appropriate leave type and uploading the required supporting documents (e.g. Medical Certificate).

For postgraduate students, leave applications should be submitted to School Administrator. Students undertaking research modules or ongoing research projects must obtain prior approval from their Main Supervisor before applying for leave.
