How can I request a course syllabus, course outline, programme structure, curriculum, clinical hours, posting details, or internship details?
Students and alumni who require academic or programme-related documents/information may submit their request to One-Stop Centre (OSC).
Please provide:
- Full Name
- Student ID Number
- Programme
- Specific Document/Information Required
- Purpose of Request
- Institution/Organisation Name, if applicable
- Application Deadline, if applicable
- Specific Requirements or Format
The request will be forwarded to the relevant academic department for verification and provision of the requested information, where applicable.
Processing time: 5–7 working days, subject to the response from the relevant department.
