You may request for your certificate and/or academic transcript to be sent directly to the requesting organisation via email, subject to the applicable verification and submission requirements. Please submit your request to the One-Stop Centre (OSC).

Please provide the following details:

• Organisation’s name
• Recipient’s name
• Recipient’s email address
• Submission instructions or specific requirements
• Relevant supporting documents, if applicable

Please allow 5–7 working days for processing, subject to the completeness of the information provided and successful verification of your records.
