When can I collect my certificate and academic transcript if I have graduated but have not attended the convocation ceremony yet?
For graduates who have not yet attended the convocation ceremony, an announcement regarding certificate collection will be sent by the One-Stop Centre (OSC) once the collection arrangements are confirmed.
